Everyone was very friendly and willing to help each other. The company had fun events every few weeks to help people get to know each other and take a break from work. I also had a lot of responsibility and was happy to be treated basically as a full time engineer.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek out extra work if you are light on things to do.
