I like the relaxed atmosphere and the flexible hours. The store employee discounts are a good bonus, too!
What I wish was different
I didn't quite care for how sales-focused the company is. It almost feels like you are not an appreciated team member unless you can make the huge sales.
Advice
Ask for help when you are unsure about something. That lets the managers know that you are adamant about doing things the right way.
