I proved myself last year, and this summer I was in charge of multiple high profile projects. Two of my inventions this summer were patented and are being used by customers in the field.

I wish I had more time there to work on more projects!
Advice
Put 110% into your designs. If something you design fails, it’s on you. Get help from coworkers and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
