ARCO Murray is a great company with great people and strong core values. I have been in two different offices now and both have made me feel valued as a team member since day one. You will learn a lot and be under the best in the industry. I like the amount of responsibility that is given and the trust they put into me as well.
What I wish was different
With COVID-19 being around and so prominent, it made some of the normal internship aspects more difficult. There was less time and opportunity to bond with the office due to the restrictions based around COVID.
Advice
Go into any internship with an open mind. There is more than you can even think of to learn from the employer that hires you. They have years of experience and years of problem solving under their belts. Learn as much as possible so you can they apply it in the future.
