I liked working with kids who had speech problems and analyzing them. I also enjoyed helping kids process emotions properly and how to become resilient.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been organized better, but it was a pilot year, so the bumps were expected.
Advice
Go in with an open mind and lots of energy as these kids will have lots of energy all day. These kids have gone through things you couldn't even imagine, they just want to be heard, so listen to what they have to say.
