Billings Clinic is a not-for-profit, integrated multi-specialty organization that serves Montana, northern Wyoming and the western Dakotas. Billings Clinic operates a 304 bed hospital and Level II trauma center located in Billings, Montana, multi-specialty physician clinics in Miles City, Montana, Bozeman, Montana, and Cody, Wyoming, and a long-term care facility located in Billings, Montana. Billings Clinic partners with 11 Critical Access Hospitals and clinics in Montana and Wyoming through various management and affiliation agreements. A physician led organization, Billings Clinic has over 4,000 employees, including more than 400 physicians and advanced practitioners offering more than 50 specialties.

In 2013, Billings Clinic became a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network - a collaboration between Mayo Clinic and other healthcare organizations to improve the delivery of care and help keep patients close to home. In 2014, Billings Clinic launched Montana’s first Internal Medicine Residency Program.
