Orange County's official anti-poverty agency since 1965. Community Action Partnership of Orange County is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Orange County by eliminating and preventing the causes and effects of poverty by mobilizing and directing resources to assist, educate, and promote self-sufficiency. One of the essential functions of obtaining these goals is the extensive use of VOLUNTEERS and academic interns to end hunger and poverty by helping people and changing lives.
