Be open to criticism and be willing to ask for what you want.
Ideas and concepts you are willing to propose should be thought out. Go in with the mindset that your ideas are paid for and ready to go if you propose them , but don't be emotionally effected if they say no.
Be willing to ask for more. You may not get what you exactly want but you'll be compensated for being ambitious.
