Always volunteer for more work when you finish current projects. I think what my team loved most about me was that I was always asking for more work, and seeing if they needed help with anything.

They are an amazing place to work for, awesome staff, and they only hire the best and most proactive and happy individuals

I started as an intern and moved up. Intern pay is low (still better than minimum) and had to love my way up to a full time employee
