Founded in 1981, J.P. Licks is a locally owned and operated ice cream cafe here to bring you smiles and happy memories, all through ice cream (and baked goods and coffee!).
Ice cream connects people to some of the fondest memories of childhood . . . love received and the happiness of times spent with family and friends. We're not serving just a treat, it is love in a cone. We have a mission to make really good, scratch recipe ice cream and to serve our customers well. "Well", in the sense that an ice cream shop should be a special place, a place where everyone, employees and customers alike, were treated fairly, kindly, respectfully and with a sense of humor.
