Fkexible with your schedule. there is no pressure to work outside your limits and Andrew was very patient in training me. The CEO is a true leader, hes taking the company in the right direction and has done so much already in making it what it is.
What I wish was different
Culture is a bit dull, maybe due to the small team, but overall everyone is friendly.
