Journimap is a cloud-based application designed to streamline journey mapping and emotion measurement for health care organizations, businesses and nonprofits. Journimap projects are completed online using research methods based in ethnography concepts and the application generates pictures, data and findings designed to help organizations and businesses better serve the people they are trying to help. Journimap is designed to produce practical insights that can be used effectively by project managers, executives, team members and other leaders.
