What I wish was different
I wish that I had more hours given to me throughout the summer. I also wish that I had taken more initiative to learn about the fitness floor upstairs and meet the available staff.
Advice
From this experience I would share that it is important to keep a positive mindset amongst coworkers in any environment since you may be able to use valuable resources and contacts from one employer. I also believe that it is so crucial to find a job that you enjoy being at since it proved well for me!

What I liked
I loved making relationships with the kids and observing how they interact with adults and other kids. I also enjoyed the relationships which I formed with the other care-givers.
What I wish was different
I wish there could have been more structure in terms of activities and more routine built into the time I spent with the kids.
Advice
I would advise people to take an active role in supporting kids and really showing them that they are and why they are worth something to our society.

I loved the team that I worked with. Also it came with a free gym membership worth 160 dollars.
What I wish was different
My job is weather dependent since I work outside. This past summer I wished the weather had been much more sunny.
Advice
Though there are good tips, if it is bad weather out, you wont be getting any customers.
