Good management, willing to work with their employees, a friendly atmosphere, and decent chance for advancement through the master certification program. If you perform well, you'll also have no problem with hours.
What I wish was different
The only regret or problem I can think of is that I didn't push to become a crew trainer earlier on, as the benefits are worth it.
Do your work well, and you'll have no problems with hours, staff, or advancement, though be sure to push for your own advancement once you feel comfortable with it.
