Founded by Todd Krone and Jason Cope, PowerPollen has a mission to increase agricultural productivity by improving the reliability of the world’s seed supply. PowerPollen’s proprietary technology improves how plants cross-pollinate and will enable hybrid production in current low productive self-pollinated crops. PowerPollen brings together several industry and university experts with a combined 100+ years of experience in production agriculture, biotechnology, and the seed industry. We currently have twenty five employees based in Central Iowa as well as an industry leading expert consulting team and contingent workers for seasonal demands.
