Very customer oriented working experience. Provides a considerable amount of knowledge in dealing with the needs of others as well as how to find work satisfying

A few issues with company policy as well as management arose so I wish those situations had not presented themselves

What I liked

The people are super friendly. The interns are expected to bounce between all positions to learn the inside and out of the company and everywhere I went the workers were super nice. Also, there were always people from corporate coming in to see how certain departments are run and they are welcome to discussion and questions.

What I wish was different

I wish the trip at the end would’ve been announced sooner so I could plan accordingly.

Pay attention to detail and don’t be afraid to call out anything you think can be done better when you do the project.

What I liked

The people I am employed with are very outgoing and for the most part friendly. I liked being able to interact with members and help them with their questions and concerns.

What I wish was different

The late hours. The shift was from 3 pm to Midnight 5 days a week. I also had to work every weekend. If I could change something, it would be to rotate which employees had the weekends off.

Make sure to show up ready to work. If you are there, you might as well be productive.

I liked decorating the cakes. It was fun to make a plain cake become decorated with frosting and roses.

I wish more planning ahead for cakes that need to be made for cake orders.

Many of my shifts started at 4 am so if I could change anything I would like to start at a normal time.
