What I liked

The opportunity to interact with senior citizens and the ability to work in a friendly team enviroment.

What I wish was different

Uniformity regarding the rules. The rules were sometimes unclear and confusing so it was difficult to enforce and hard to be on the same terms as everyone else.

Advice

Be prepared to socialize a lot and be on your feet for quite a bit. It is an independent thinking job, and when dealing with senior citizens it can sometimes be tough to be strict towards them when enforcing the rules. Though don’t be nervous because they’re all very sweet as long as you don’t goof on your job duties!
