What I wish was different

Wish we weren’t so understaffed so I didn’t have to work 40-50 hrs/week


Being a shift lead in a restaurant is all about adapting, not being too sensitive to criticism and knowing how to give criticism without seeming aggressive or scary. Managing college kids when you are a college kid can seem hard like you don’t have the authority, but it’s taught me how to be assertive and and diplomatic
