What I liked

The pay was great. Very understanding employer. Feeling that you are helping people by providing them with a service you can stand behind. I received training whenever I asked.

What I wish was different

I wish there were more reps out there selling with me to share experiences and gain new ideas. I wish there was a set training schedule because I didn't always know what to ask to improve. I needed more structure.

Advice

This was an experience that shaped my perspective on selling in a new way. I realize this job isn't for everybody and selling pest control isn't for me. I realized how important it is to believe in what you are selling in order to get maximum benefits and experience. If you believe pest solutions should be for everybody or just about everybody this is for you! If you grew up never using pest control and have never seen a use for it in the past and are only being convinced by the money. This isn't for you.
