When I applied there and started working it was different than any other restaurant job I'd worked. I gained lots of knowledge about cooking and it took my restaurant line cook career to the next level.
What I wish was different
I wish that the old head chef (Mike) would have been fired sooner so that I could work with a more skilled and professional chef. Now that Cory is the head chef, there is not much I would change, he really knows what he is doing.
The work here is intense; if something isn't right be prepared for criticism. The criticism is harsh sometimes, but for our sake of getting better at cooking it is necessary.
