Great managers and coworkers make the job enjoyable

What I wish was different

As with all jobs working with the public, one always wishes people would put things back where they found them, or just be more pleasant in general. Though, this only applies to the bad customers who usually are a minority of the shopping populace.

Super friendly management and team. Encouraged me to learn retail even though I had no prior experience. Flexible hours, accommodating to my school schedule and making sure I prioritize school before work.

I wish I had been able to train in more areas before school started back after the summer.
