What I liked

My bosses were extemely personable and open to conversation. They treated me like an equal and we had a very healthy work relationship. Many of my coworkers were hard workers and nice people.

What I wish was different

The only problem I had with work was customers. A small minority of customers treated employees with disrespect.

Advice

Even though its a job that many look over and see as a menial occupation, I learned many lessons pertinent to life in the workforce. I learned from people who came from all across the US and from different situations.

What I liked

I like how close crew members get with each other, and how personable the managers are. I have worked at Trader Joe's since the summer before my senior year of high school (I'm a college sophomore now) and I still work there every winter break and summer because I love it there so much! I was trained incredibly well when I first started and it's been a great experience.
