What I liked
I enjoyed being able to work closely with an experienced professor who was able to teach and guide me in a one -on-one role. I learned a lot about how to conduct myself in the field and what to look for to help my research in the lab.
What I wish was different
Maybe a bit more time in the field, but the outcrop was not close to where I lived or where my research sponsor lived.
Advice
Utilize the resources at hand, that is what they are there for. A professor would not agree to sponsor you for undergraduate research if they did not believe in your abilities and want to help you hone your skills.

I love the family atmosphere in the office! It truly is an awesome job!

Advice
One piece of advice I would share is that it's important to get involved and get out there whether its a campus job or an organization. It's really awesome to build connections with others and it is always fun meeting new people.
