What I liked

I liked the engaging environment as well as being able to help play a key role in bringing Vibra's online customer service portal update to date that has a more user friendly platform.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more on site visits to the facilities that I was trying to upgrade because it is hard making a user friendly platform when you have to mostly rely on survey data.


Make sure to never get locked in and attached to one solution before examining all options and collaborating with colleagues because the data will always surprise you and sometimes brainstorming a solution will get you a better result than if you were to do it all on your own.
