PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvassing neighborhoods and speaking to potential clients.
Screening and gathering future clients information.
Track sales progress and document productivity on sales forms and reports as provided by Axiom.
Proficiently interact with customers in a polite, professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Valid Driver’s license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to self-manage.
18 years of age or older.
Vehicle/ Means of transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
COMPENSATION
Our compensation plan is structured to benefit you as much as possible! We believe if we treat you the way you should be treated you will pass that onto our customers. This is why we have the highest commissions in the industry.
Average first years make over $6,000 a month.
Average experienced reps (more than a year selling) make over $12,000 a month.
Top reps make over $30,000 a month!
Additionally there are over $6,000 of bonuses offered to every sales rep throughout the season.
ROOM FOR GROWTH
We have a proven structure for your success! Experienced reps WILL move up and manage more reps. We believe you cannot successfully manage more than 6 people at a time or people we fall through the cracks and be forgotten. We do not want this! For this reason we move people into lead roles quickly if they work for it. Your success if our goal. Our management scale goes as follows:
Single Reps
Team Leads have 4-6 reps.
Managers have 10+ reps.
District Manager 30+ rep
Regional Manager has 40+ reps.
