I wish I picked a location closer to my home but I'm very grateful to have a job.

What I liked
I love working with my coworkers and I love the customers who come regularly. They are so friendly and everyone chats about the recent activity in their lives.
What I wish was different
I wish all of the workers were motivated to work. Wendy's doesn't start paying as high as other fast food places.

Be yourself and have fun. It's all about the teamwork.
