Design/Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented and super organized Admin/Design Assistant to join our team! This is a full time position and is an in person role, based in Chatsworth California.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our creative process while learning about the day-to-day operations of a fashion business.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Organization, Assisting Designer with tech packs/fittings/vendor communication, influencer outreach, customer service, package shipping, client relations, fabric sourcing, assisting at photo shoots & tradeshows
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn about the industry.
