Department of Theatre - Archival Video Assistant

The Department of Theatre is looking for an undergraduate student to assist with archival video work during the fall semester. This includes filming and editing footage of both theatrical performances and department events, as well as creating sizzle reels—short highlight videos of each production. While professional filming equipment is not required, students must have access to editing software and a reliable internet connection. The student must attend at least one full rehearsal and coordinate with the Marketing Manager, Beamer, to determine the best date and location for filming. Availability for a second filming may be necessary. Strong editing skills, effective time management, and a solid understanding of color grading are essential. Acceptable editing platforms include Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InShot, and iMovie.
