Junior Staff Assistant Designer

Couture Production Services (a division of Couture, The Clothing Co.) is looking for a Junior staff Assistant Designer to join our Product Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with experienced designers and gain deep exposure to all aspects of product development in a fast-paced, trend-driven fashion environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with digital asset creation, image resizing, layout design, and file preparation.

• Manage multiple projects and help ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve design-related challenges as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in fashion design or product development

• Experience working with international manufacturing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Degree in Graphic or Fashion Design or equivalent experience
