The Role:

We're seeking innovative Content Creators to produce engaging vertical format (9:16) video content for advertising campaigns and organic social media posts. You'll be the creative force behind our visual storytelling, producing content that ranges from polished, professional productions to authentic user-generated style videos. This is a remote opportunity.

What You'll Create:

• Vertical video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms
• Diverse content styles including:
  • Professional, high-production advertising material
  • Authentic UGC-style content
  • Lifestyle and entertainment-focused videos
  • Product demonstrations and tutorials
• Multi-setting productions (indoor, outdoor, social gatherings, etc.)
• Demographically diverse content featuring talent from various age groups and ethnic backgrounds

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Proven portfolio demonstrating vertical format video content creation
• Access to a diverse network of actors, models, and content creators spanning:
  • Different age demographics (21+)
  • Various ethnic and cultural backgrounds
  • Different lifestyle and aesthetic profiles
• Experience filming and editing short-form social media content
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices
• Ability to adapt content style from professional productions to authentic UGC aesthetics

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience with mobile and professional camera equipment
• Understanding of lighting, sound, and composition for vertical video
• Color grading and post-production expertise
• Ability to optimize content for different platforms

Soft Skills

• Creative vision with strong storytelling abilities
• Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to authentically represent diverse communities
• Adaptability and willingness to experiment with different content approaches

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Experience in cannabis, lifestyle, or beverage industry marketing
• Knowledge of social culture and trends
• Established relationships with talent agencies or content creator networks
• Experience managing multi-phase content campaigns
• Understanding of paid social advertising content requirements
