Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor & Social Content Intern to help shape how the world sees Thropic Games. You’ll work directly with our CEO and content team to create TikToks, IG Reels, short-form edits, case-study videos, and sizzle clips that highlight how athletes, creators, and brands use Thropic to raise money and drive measurable impact.

If you love storytelling, follow sports/creator culture, and can bring ideas to life with sharp, high-energy editing — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

🎥 Video Editing & Production

Edit short-form and mid-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Create fast, punchy, trend-aligned content that speaks to athletes, creators, and Gen Z audiences.

Build recap videos, highlight reels, and case studies from our partner campaigns.

📱 Social Content Creation

Repurpose gameplay clips, influencer footage, and behind-the-scenes content into social assets.

Concept and storyboard new formats that celebrate our games, winners, prizes, and impact moments.

Help develop content that explains how our games work and why they matter.

📊 Storytelling & Case Studies

Turn raw footage and screenshots into compelling partner case studies.

Create mini-docs that showcase how Thropic drives fundraising, engagement, and community growth.

🤝 Collaboration

Work with our CEO, marketing team, and partner managers to execute on campaign needs.

Help shape the overall visual style of Thropic’s social content.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci).

A natural storyteller with an eye for pacing, emotion, and virality.

Someone who knows athlete culture, creator trends, and brand storytelling.

Ability to juggle multiple projects with fast turnaround.

A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions; you bring ideas.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience editing vertical video.

Have created social content for brands, creators, teams, or student orgs.

Are passionate about sports, creators, gaming, or social impact.
