⭐ Skills That Will Help You Shine
- A basic understanding of film, media production, or digital content
- Good organization and time-management (we juggle a LOT!)
- Clear communication and a friendly, professional vibe
- Ability to take direction but also work independently
- Any editing experience — Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, all welcome
- Interest in casting, talent, TV/film production, or the entertainment world
- Comfort working with digital files, headshots, reels, and project materials
- Most importantly: a great attitude and willingness to learn
⭐ Minimum Requirements
To make sure this internship aligns with UNLV’s academic-credit rules, we do need a few basics:
- Must be a current UNLV student eligible for internship credit
- Majoring in Film, Media, Theatre, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2.5 GPA (UNLV requirement)
- Able to commit around 10–15 hours per week (we’re flexible with scheduling!)
- Basic computer/Google Drive skills
- Dependable, motivated, and genuinely excited about film and entertainment
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s a look at what you’ll jump into with us:
- Assisting with casting submissions and organizing talent breakdowns
- Reviewing self-tapes and helping flag strong auditions
- Helping build talent packages, media kits, and digital lookbooks
- Supporting our day-to-day workflow: calendars, updates, and agency tasks
- Organizing digital assets (reels, headshots, resumes, project files)
- Researching upcoming productions, casting offices, directors, and opportunities
- Pitching creative ideas for social content, reels, and talent branding
- Maintaining confidentiality, positivity, and strong communication
