2026 Capri Holdings Corporate Summer Internship Program

The Capri Holdings Internship Program offers rising juniors and seniors, recent graduates (within one year), students enrolled in graduate programs, a 10-week opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global fashion retail corporation. Interns receive training and mentorship from experienced industry leaders while contributing to meaningful projects. Beyond daily responsibilities, interns engage in professional development workshops, executive speaker panels, retail store activities, and networking events, building valuable skills, expanding their professional network, and gaining insight into the corporate functions that drive our brands.

Please note, this job posting represents all summer internship opportunities at Capri Holdings. Candidates will be considered for available roles through this single application.

Program Details

  • Program Dates: June 1 – August 6
  • Application Deadline: February 6
  • Locations: NYC Headquarters & NJ Office
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (32 hours/week)
  • Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid
  • Compensation: $20/hour
  • Capri Holdings does not offer travel, housing, or clothing stipends. 

 

Corporate Internships are Typically Offered in the Following Departments: 

  • Human Resources: Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Corporate Retail HR, People Communications 
  • Production: 3D Hardware, RTW Technical Design
  • Design: Women’s RTW MMK Design, Men’s Design
  • Sales: Women’s RTW Sales
  • Merchandising: Women’s RTW Merchandising, Men’s RTW Merchandising
  • Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Store Development, Facilities 
  • Legal: Employment Law, ESG
  • Finance & Accounting: Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax
  • IT & Operations
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Creative Services: Graphic Design, Editorial, PR, Brand Marketing, Shoot Production
  • Retail Corporate: Buying, Planning & Allocation, Ecommerce, Consumer Marketing

 

To be eligible for the Capri Holdings 2026 Summer Internship Program, applicants must be:

  • Rising junior or senior, including recent graduates (within 1 year) & students enrolled in graduate programs
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Available the entire duration of the 10-week program, and within a commutable distance to our NY and NJ office
  • Able to work full-time onsite or hybrid working model

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a desire to learn
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills, with a high sense of accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in writing and verbally
