Cincinnati based athletic apparel brand Sprints (www.getsprints.com) is hiring design managers of fashion, design and creative to help in the development, execution and launch of our Spring 2026 running apparel line launching in both direct-to-consumer and retail stores nationwide. This role will fully embrace the start-up culture of wearing all the hats and will develop the following skills:

Come prepared to assist with overseas manufacturing coordination and techpacks and lead start to finish design process of seasonal collections.
