About Eagle Sky Christian Camps

Eagle Sky Christian Camps is a Christ-centered adventure and retreat ministry located on 5,000 acres in the Ozark Mountains. Our mission is to reveal Christ’s love through exceptional programming, intentional community, and transformational experiences. Summer staff are essential partners in ministry and play a vital role in shaping the culture, excellence, and impact of camp.

Position Overview

The Multi-Media Summer Employment role is a team-based creative and technical position designed for individuals who are passionate about storytelling, technology, and ministry. Applicants will serve in one primary multi-media department while collaborating as part of Eagle Sky’s broader Multi-Media Team.

This posting intentionally covers multiple distinct roles to allow applicants to be considered for the area that best matches their skills and interests.

Applicants will be placed in ONE primary department, based on experience, interest, and camp needs.

Available Multi-Media Departments

Candidates may apply to serve in one or more of the following areas:

Audio / Visual / Lighting (AVL)

Operate sound, lighting, projection, and video systems for worship services, chapel sessions, and special events

Assist with setup, teardown, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment

Support live production environments in a fast-paced camp setting

Photography

Capture high-quality photos of camp life, activities, programs, and events

Edit, organize, and deliver photos for marketing, social media, and camper memories

Help visually tell the story of Eagle Sky’s mission and community

Videography

Film and edit engaging video content throughout the summer

Assist with storytelling, promotional videos, recap videos, and social media content

Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on creative direction

Graphic Design

Design digital and print graphics for marketing, programs, signage, apparel, and social media

Assist with print production and brand consistency

Support camp communication needs with creative visual solutions

Team Collaboration

While each staff member will have a primary department, all Multi-Media staff are expected to:

Collaborate with fellow creatives and technical team members

Support major events, high-impact programs, and peak camp moments

Assist with other camp responsibilities as needed to support the overall mission

Qualifications

Experience or education in AVL, photography, videography, graphic design, media production, broadcasting, or related fields

Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., soundboards, lighting systems, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, cameras, etc.)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing needs

Willingness to live and work in a Christian camp community for the full summer

College students, recent graduates, and career-exploring creatives are strongly encouraged to apply.
