Position Overview

La Vie Style House is seeking a passionate, goal-oriented, and reliable Brand Ambassador & Salesperson to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for luxury fashion, a keen eye for style, and a natural ability to connect with clients. You are motivated by results, enthusiastic about building long-term client relationships, and thrive in a boutique setting where every interaction makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, personalized service to every client.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Represent the La Vie Style House brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge to help clients find pieces that align with their personal style.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive outreach, in-store engagement, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through clienteling, and personal outreach.
• Contribute to a positive team environment that drives results and celebrates success.
• Act as a true brand ambassador by embodying the La Vie Style House aesthetic and values.
• Stay informed on new collections, styles, and collaborations within the brand.
• Work closely with the boutique team to maintain visual standards and a seamless client experience.
• Offer constructive input and support to help elevate the team’s performance.
• Be notably reliable, accountable, and contribute a strong work ethic to the team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling with a sophisticated understanding of current trends.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Excel, and other computer applications.
• Shopify experience is a plus.
