What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audio/Visual Execution: Assisting with the technical setup and breakdown of professional sound reinforcement and DMX lighting rigs.
  • Show Support: Working alongside Lead DJs to ensure seamless transitions, managing wireless frequencies, and keeping the performance area professional.
  • Client Management: Providing elite customer service to clients and guests, representing the POSH brand with a "hospitality-first" mindset.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Learning to solve gear and signal issues on the fly—an essential skill for any sound engineer or tour manager.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintaining a polished, high-energy presence that aligns with a premium entertainment agency.

What We Need From You:

Reliable Transportation: You must have your own car to get to venues (mostly weekends).
