Artist Campaign Manager

Artist Campaign Manager

Sungate Records is hiring an experienced, resourceful Artist Growth & Development Lead to guide campaigns, manage projects, and build long-term success stories for independent artists. This is a client-facing, strategy-forward role for professionals who can turn the beautiful chaos of the music industry into focused, forward momentum.

Who are we?

Why we do it?

The artist-first revolution is here and we believe artists should have full creative control, ownership of their masters, and access to world-class management without predatory deals.

A bit about us:

Founded by artist and strategist Mariami Bibilouri, Sungate offers indie artists the tools and strategy to compete in a major-label world, from brand design to tour support. We’re scaling quickly and seeking managers who can help lead our roster into the next era.

The Role:

We’re hiring an experienced Artist Growth & Development Lead to work closely with select artists on their release timelines, live bookings, strategy, and team coordination.

  • Oversee Spotify promotion and targeted ad campaigns
  • Manage release plans, deadlines, and project timelines
  • Contribute to creative direction, content planning, and merch strategy
  • Coordinate between visual designers, editors and graphic designers
  • Support monetization efforts (sync, merch, live, digital)

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in artist management, live bookings, or music marketing
  • A strong track record of running successful campaigns and managing artist growth
  • Excellent communication skills, you know how to keep artists and teams in sync
  • High emotional intelligence, you can read the room, build trust, and lead with empathy
  • Proactive mindset, you take initiative, anticipate needs, and keep things moving
  • A true team player, you collaborate well, delegate when needed, and step up when it counts
  • Bonus: design, content editing, or merch production skills are a plus

How We Hire

  • Step 1: You apply with your resume and a quick intro
  • Step 2: We schedule a call to discuss your fit and approach
