Sungate Records is hiring an experienced, resourceful Artist Growth & Development Lead to guide campaigns, manage projects, and build long-term success stories for independent artists. This is a client-facing, strategy-forward role for professionals who can turn the beautiful chaos of the music industry into focused, forward momentum.

The Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Artist Growth & Development Lead to work closely with select artists on their release timelines, live bookings, strategy, and team coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Book shows and tours, liaise with venues, promoters, and agents
- Plan and lead release campaigns, from rollout planning to execution
- Oversee Spotify promotion and targeted ad campaigns
- Manage release plans, deadlines, and project timelines
- Contribute to creative direction, content planning, and merch strategy
- Coordinate between visual designers, editors and graphic designers
- Support monetization efforts (sync, merch, live, digital)
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in artist management, live bookings, or music marketing
- A strong track record of running successful campaigns and managing artist growth
- Excellent communication skills, you know how to keep artists and teams in sync
- High emotional intelligence, you can read the room, build trust, and lead with empathy
- Proactive mindset, you take initiative, anticipate needs, and keep things moving
- A true team player, you collaborate well, delegate when needed, and step up when it counts
- Bonus: design, content editing, or merch production skills are a plus
