Retail Sales Associate

If you love fashion, styling outfits, and creating a fun shopping experience, this role is for you! Bella & Bloom Boutique is looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find pieces they love while supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and wants to grow with a small business. As Bella & Bloom continues to grow, there is potential for advancement into leadership or management roles.

Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with styling and outfit recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
• Process purchases and handle cash/credit transactions
• Help maintain store appearance through merchandising and restocking
• Assist with displays, mannequins, and visual merchandising
• Support social media content and in-store events when needed
• Help keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Interest in fashion and boutique retail
• Ability to stand, move, and stay active during shifts

Schedule
• Approximately 15–30 hours per week
• Typically Tuesday–Friday with some Saturdays
• Hours may vary during events and holidays
