Ford Models is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented intern to support the board.

The role provides insight into model management, brand partnerships, casting coordination, and the operational side of the fashion and entertainment industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with model bookings, casting submissions, and availability tracking
• Support the team with client outreach and brand partnership coordination
• Organize and research talent decks, portfolios, and casting materials
• Help monitor social media opportunities and digital trends
• Assist with travel logistics and scheduling
• Conduct research on brands, campaigns, and industry trends
• Provide extensive administrative support to the booking team, including data entry, document organization, and maintaining internal systems

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate
• Strong interest in fashion, media, talent management, or marketing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Drive, spreadsheets, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Familiarity with Instagram and social media trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail is essential
