Content Creator - Signature Sports Camps

The Signature Sports Camps Content Creator will play a key role in capturing the energy, culture, and high-level instruction that define our overnight youth sports camps. This role is ideal for creative students seeking hands-on experience in sports media, short-form content creation, and event storytelling within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Creators travel to one or more of our national camp locations and document the full camp experience—training sessions, competitions, excursions, team moments, coach instruction, and the overall culture that makes Signature a best-in-class camp environment. Each creator is responsible for producing daily photo sets, daily recap reels, and post-camp highlight content used across Signature’s marketing channels.

Responsibilities include filming and editing short-form content, capturing 15+ daily photos, producing a full-week highlight reel, creating testimonial or mic’d-up segments, and collaborating with camp directors to ensure all deliverables meet Signature’s brand standards and deadlines. Creators will work embedded on-site with our staff, serving as positive role models and maintaining proper conduct around minors.

This is a contract-based, travel-required role perfect for students skilled in photo/video production, social content, storytelling, and working in fast-paced, outdoor environments. Content Creators will grow their professional portfolio, gain real-world media experience, and contribute to a mission that impacts youth athletes across the country.
