About Us:
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making the arts accessible for children of all ages and abilities. Through theater, music, and visual arts, we foster creativity, confidence, and community at a low cost to families.

We're currently seeking a Theater Instructor who loves working with kids and is excited to inspire the next generation of performers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being part of every aspect of a creative program — from directing performances to simple choreography and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging theater workshops for children ages 5–14
  • Teach performance skills: acting, stage presence, character building
  • Plan and direct student showcases
  • Develop creative, age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Support with choreography, costumes, and props
  • Help with backstage and set-up during events
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment
  • Assist with occasional fundraising events and family activities

Qualifications:

  • Must love working with children!
  • Background in theater, performing arts, or education preferred
  • Energetic, reliable, and ready to be hands-on
  • Great opportunity for college students or recent graduates
  • Experience working with kids is a plus but not required

Schedule:

  • 2–3 days per week
  • After-school hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Flexible weekday scheduling (Monday–Friday)
  • Occasional Saturdays a plus, but not required
