Cincinnati based athletic apparel brand Sprints (www.getsprints.com) is hiring design managers of fashion, design and creative to help in the development, execution and launch of our Spring 2026 running apparel line launching in both direct-to-consumer and retail stores nationwide. This role will fully embrace the start-up culture of wearing all the hats.
 

Role Description 
 

This is an on-site full-time role for a Heat Press and Embroidery Specialist located in our office at our Cincinnati Headquarters. The Heat Press and Embroidery Machine Specialist will be responsible for designing apparel collections, conceptualizing new products, selecting suitable textiles, creating embroidery designs, and ensuring quality fittings. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve innovative and stylish designs, and staying updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive creative direction. 
 

Qualifications 
 

• Experience in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of current trends 
• Knowledge of Textiles and their applications in apparel design 
• Skills in Embroidery and the ability to create unique patterns 
• Expertise in Fitting and ensuring garments meet aesthetic and functional goals 
• Excellent creative and technical skills for sketching, computer-aided design, and prototyping 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams 
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred 
• Prior experience in sportswear or athletic apparel design is an advantage
