Pro 7 Sports Group LLC helps student-athletes build exposure, position themselves for NIL opportunities, develop their personal brand, and connect with businesses, partnerships, and media opportunities.
We work with athletes across multiple sports while helping brands leverage the power of student-athlete marketing through strategic partnerships, podcast exposure, social media campaigns, speaking opportunities, and NIL activations.
This is not a traditional hourly position. We are looking for motivated relationship-builders and sales-minded individuals who want the opportunity to grow financially through performance.
Position Overview
The NIL Partnership Representative is responsible for identifying and developing NIL partnership opportunities between businesses and student-athletes.
This role focuses heavily on outreach, relationship-building, prospecting, communication, and business development.
Representatives will work directly under the Director of Strategic Partnerships while helping generate revenue through NIL campaigns, athlete partnerships, podcast sponsorships, and local brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Research local and regional businesses that may benefit from athlete marketing
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, social media, networking, and community engagement
- Pitch NIL partnership opportunities and sponsorship packages
- Help businesses understand how NIL marketing can help grow their visibility
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified businesses and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Properly track communication and opportunities within company systems
- Work alongside the Director of Strategic Partnerships to help move deals toward completion
- Maintain professionalism while representing Pro 7 Sports Group LLC

Sales experience, athletics, sports backgrounds, marketing experience, or networking experience are highly preferred but not required.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Representatives earn a percentage of successfully secured and paid NIL partnerships they help originate and develop.
