Assistant Stylist I
About the role
This is an ideal position for someone interested in e-commerce, fashion,styling, or studio production. The Assistant StylistI works closely with the Operations, Styling,Photography, and Features teams to ensure merchandise is accurately tracked, prepared, organized, and cared for throughout the photography production process.
In additionto styling support,this role assistswith key sample operations tasks that help keep production running smoothly from product preparation through post-production repacking. This is a part-timeposition with flexiblescheduling between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday throughFriday. The Assistant Stylist I reportsdirectly to the Lead Stylist.
Key responsibilities
- Pull, scan, organize,and stage merchandise scheduled for photography sets.
- Unpack, hang, steam,and prepare women’s, men’s,and children’s apparel for
production.
- Prepare a variety of merchandise for photography, including footwear, handbags, jewelry, fashion accessories, and other product categories.
- Organize product racks and ensure merchandise is delivered to the appropriate studio locations and photography sets.
- Identify product,tagging, or trackingissues and communicate them to the appropriate producer for correction.
- Maintain vendor packaging, SKU tags, apparel tags, and other product components throughout the production process.
- Support stylistswith product preparation, set organization, and other daily production needs.
- Repackage merchandise following production as needed, including reattaching tags, foldinggarments, and returningproducts to the appropriate packaging.
- Learn and follownew processes as needed to support workflow, productivity, and changing businessneeds.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

- You are dependable and take ownership of handling merchandise accurately and carefully.
- You are interested in fashion, merchandising, styling, e-commerce, photography, or studio production.
Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, apparel, studio,or fashion stylingexperience is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multipleresponsibilities and adaptto changing production priorities.
- Ability to stand and remain active for up to approximately eight hours.
- Ability to safely lift and move parcels weighingup to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work part-time hours between7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
