Student Experiential Learning Program -SELP (Paid)

The Office of Change Management and the Career Center are seeking several dedicated students to work in our Experiential Learning program, for Fall 2024, alongside Deloitte consultants and WolfieONE (new ERP system) project leaders, which is an Oracle Cloud implementation for Finance/Accounting, Budget, HR, and technology transformation.  Students will gain functional area workstream knowledge, consulting skills, and knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), systems integrations, Reporting/Data Analytics, Change Management and Project Management, and Reporting /Data Warehouse.

Students will be assigned to a workstream and have a variety of projects to work on, which will include some asynchronous, independent learning, and specific tasks assigned by the supervisor.  

Must demonstrate strong interest in learning cloud-based systems and processes, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and deliver assignments on deadlines, and professional acumen. The work can be performed for academic credit and/or as a paid student employee. A minimum of 8-10 hours per week is expected. The outcome of this opportunity is real-life work skills, leadership development, and preparation for the workforce, as well as the potential to earn a digital badge through the Career Center’s ACES program.

Qualifications:

  • Any Major
  • Juniors & Seniors are preferred; outstanding sophomores will be considered
  • 3.0 GPA 
  • Candidates do not need formal work experience, however, the qualities we need are willingness to learn, strong work ethic, flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
