Music Artist Manager

Very Rare Cinema (VRC) is looking for driven music industry up-and-comers for roles as A&R's/Artist Managers. Accepted applicants will get the chance to find and guide artists through an intricate branding and rollout process representing VRC. Underground rap scene familiarity/expertise highly recommended.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of current popular youth music scenes especially underground rap
  • Ability to communicate at a high level
  • Quick and/or dedicated learner
  • 10-15 hours a week during training / 20-25 hours when roster is filled
  • A desire to be an impactful A&R, manager, artist developer, or brand builder within the music industry

 

Details:

  • Commission based pay (100$ per artist found and/or managed)
  • Work/training will be performed mainly on Discord, Instagram, and IMessage
