I really appreciated my supervisor who always checked in with me, made sure I was happy during work hours, and knew I was capable of managing the workload. She also made me feel appreciated when I did something well which was incredibly encouraging.
What I wish was different
Not really anything. I think it was a great experience behind the scenes of a prominent theatre establishment.
Advice
Even if you make a mistake, it is not the end of the world. The goal is to learn, not be perfect.

What I liked
I liked the office atmosphere. It was a smaller office where all of the different departments and managers knew everyone else well. It was professional yet relaxed.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time at the internship. I could take the return offer since I have family obligations. I also wished I lived closer to the internship. I spent more money on transportatin than I had intended.
Advice
I advise future students to not be afraid to ask questions or ask for help with their internship work. Employers would rather you ask questions than have lackluster work. Internships are definitely for learning.
