I liked the hands on work, good natured workplace, and high level of responsibility entrust to such a position.
What I wish was different
I wish that the company wasn't so spread out and that there was more time for personal review and growth, which I can understand is hard to achieve when in a corporate company.
Advice
Review your excel skills and be ready to me immersed in projects. The workplace comes without the mandatory review and 'pats on the back' that comes with academia.
