VERY open environment where you have sales team speaking with the developers, marketing team speaking with accounting, etc. People are free to be themselves at work. Plus, we get to wear sweatpants and gym shorts to the office.
What I wish was different
More transparency on the role itself and what a typical day/week looks like. Aside from this, a perfect first job out of college.
Advice
Don’t just pick a job because it sounds great or because you’ll be working for a great company. If you don’t like your potential colleagues, your boss, the culture, etc, you won’t be happy.
